Using your favorite search engine, access the Internet to find at least two (2) sites that offer tips on good nutrition and health maintenance. You may use any of the following keywords, or come up with some of your own: "health," "nutrition," "fitness," "health and nutrition," "health and fitness." If you have trouble finding sites on this subject, you may wish to visit:

Write a brief review of what you found. List the URL of each site, and offer an evaluation. Did you learn anything of value at the site? Who might benefit from it? Would you recommend it to your fellow students? Why or why not?

You may use any of the following keywords, or come up with some of your own: "eating disorders," "anorexia," "bulimia," "compulsive overeating," "binge eating." You may use any of the following keywords, or come up with some of your own: "stress," "stress management," "anxiety," "stress in the workplace," "stress and college students."
